Today we had a visit from my mom (we call her Mini)! She read some stories and played a guessing game. Students had to guess which Beanie Baby was in a paper bag and guess it's costume, using clues that Mini gave us.
Mrs. Johnson, Mr. Sanabria, and I all dressed up as the Koo Koo Kangaroo crew. These guys are from the GoNoodle.com brain break website. I was Brian, Mrs. Johnson was Neil, and Mr. Sanabria was Hotdog! We even performed for the students at the end of lunch! I am hoping to post that video too!
Lastly, we ended the day with FUN-O-WEEN, where students played games, sang songs, danced, and colored. Thanks to the moms that came in to help out!
