MAKING MENORAHS AND GREEN SWEATER VESTS!

Apparently yesterday was wear your green sweater vest day. At least for Carissa and Emerson! They were so excited to see that they were both wearing them! Isn't this an adorable picture? Here is the whole crew making menorahs. I hope you enjoy them.

HAPPY HANUKKAH!

We will be learning about holidays around the world and this week is Hanukkah! Here we are learning to play the Dreidle game. Man, they sure made me poor, winning all of my pennies!

SCIENTISTS STUDYING MOTION!

We have had so much fun studying "Motion" using balls and ramps. You've seen our scientist hats and now you can see the scientists in action. This test was an experiment on rolling. Which ball would roll the farthest? We made predictions and tested them out, first in the classroom and then the hallway! The metal ball won!

RECYCLED ART!

Remember the recycling you sent in for us to use in a art project? Well thanks to me finding the missing camera, you can see the artists working on their projects. (Notice it's in the old classroom?)

TRAVELING BACK IN TIME!

These photos were lost on our missing camera until this morning. (I found the camera...thank goodness) So needless to say these pictures are "going back in time" because this was our first day in our new classroom! You can see that we had a treat of Munchkins for our first day...YUM!
