MAKING THEMSELVES! SUPER CUTE!

Adding the clothes and accessories!

Tracing and cutting shirts!

It's pretty amazing how realistic they look.  This one is even tilting her head like her person!

Those big, toothy, smiles!  Or maybe toothless!?

The hair is perfect!

Just two dudes chillin'!

This one is uncanny!

I've heard of a receding hairline, but this...cute!

Yup, I can see the resemblance!

I call this guy, "Agent 99" now!

TOO CUTE TO PASS UP!

I just couldn't resist taking a photo of these two!  They were nestled in together creating masterpieces.  I just love the friendships that are forming in this classroom!  What wonderful children you have!

OUR CLASSROOM JOBS!

WORKING WITH THE UNIFIX CUBES!

Once again I asked the students to explore with this math manipulative.  Check this creation out!  I was blown away by the way they used these cubes!  (I call them stinker linkers because the plastic stinks!)

PRACTICING LETTERS AND DRAWING WITH OUR EYES CLOSED!?

Practicing our letters on our "letter" boards.  And then...we drew faces with our eyes closed.  They loved looking at them once they were finished.  There was a roar of laughter as they checked them out. (When I was little my mom used to do this with my brother and me on rainy days)

FUNNY!

WORKING IN OUR MATH STATIONS!

Exploring with Pattern Blocks.  We are learning the shapes, Hexagon, Rhombus, Trapezoid, Square, Circle, Rectangle, and  Triangle.

Students were asked to build with the shapes...here's what they came up with!

Then we moved on to Polydrons!  They love these!
